Learn How Your Medical Practice Can Benefit from a PEO with PRemployer at Alabama MGMA 2023

PRemployer on February 20, 2023

Medical expertise is growing constantly, bringing new breakthroughs and accomplishments to those seeking treatment. As that occurs, it lifts the capabilities of medical practices everywhere—which makes healthcare an incredibly exciting and dynamic industry.

For all the good they bring their patients, healthcare facilities cannot avoid the needs of businesses everywhere. They have personnel to support and payroll to process, and as a PEO, we at PRemployer are happy to assist and advise them in managing these processes.

We’re thrilled to attend Alabama MGMA 2023 in Birmingham, AL to meet with medical experts and learn what they need to grow their business!

Please Join Us at MGMA 2023

PRemployer will be attending Alabama MGMA for all three days, from March 1-3. We’re excited to meet with the medical experts and see the keynote speakers to learn what the future of medical services will include.

Alabama MGMA is a wonderful opportunity to learn about the changing needs of healthcare service providers to update our offerings and provide better support. Medical personnel face many stresses in their daily tasks, and we’d like to help healthcare facilities support their staff accordingly.

We appreciate and respect the work of medical staff and can offer guidance and provide tools to help seamlessly integrate their HR processes.

How PEOs Support Medical Staff

Medical practices rely on their staff as the faces of their business. They meet with patients, providing them with information and reassurance.

Properly supporting your staff makes them happier, helping them provide better care as patients will pick up on whether their staff is satisfied.

PEO help handle tasks like payroll and benefits administration, freeing up internal HR to better support workers’ needs. They can also provide better benefits, such as health insurance, dental and vision insurance, or 401k planning.

Seamlessly managing work schedules is crucial in medical facilities, where often workers need to be available to provide services or conduct patient in-take. PEOs can also facilitate this using HR software to allow workers to call off, making it easier to switch shifts and adjust payroll accordingly.
