Since the beginning, we have worked tirelessly to assist small and mid-sized companies in improving their human resources strategies and processes to drive business growth. Yet without those companies who trust us as their PEO partner, PRemployer would not have found success over the past two decades.
Since 1999, we have led the way in creating human resources and employment solutions for clients, but it is those clients who have helped us become and remain successful. Here is a closer look at how our clients have helped us continue to grow and expand over the past 25 years.
Growing Number of Employees Served
At the heart of what we do is our service to employees. Our clients come to us for help as they strive to provide employees with the tools and resources they need to perform well and stay longer.
Currently, PRemployer serves over 6,000 employees across 28 states in many different types of businesses. Our clients are small- to mid-sized businesses, and we provide them the tools and services they need to better meet their employee expectations. Because we serve such a large number of employees, we are able to leverage the economies of scale to help get more competitive rates on high-quality benefits for our clients. Our clients then pass those on to their employees to create better job satisfaction and engagement.
Growing Number of Accounts
As PRemployer continues to expand our products and services, our number of accounts has grown as well. Over the last 25 years, we have sold over 600 accounts. Today, we currently have over 200 accounts that we manage. Our continued growth shows that our customers appreciate the quality of our services, and it demonstrates our ability to provide customized solutions for each business and their unique needs.
Satisfied Clients Return Time and Time Again
As we celebrate our clients, we also want to thank those who have trusted us with repeat business over the years. Since opening in June of 1999, we have enjoyed a 99.3% percent retention rate - higher than the industry average of 93.2%. Over 30 of our accounts have been with us for 10 years or more, and we have had two since 2000, just after we opened.

Our creative solutions improve outcomes for many different companies, even with extremely varied needs.
