For the last 20 years, PRemployer has helped small and mid-sized businesses shape and craft their human resources and risk management strategies to position their organizations for growth. 1. Employees Served
PRemployer has served more than 5,500 employees in 26 states over the last 20 years. Businesses that need assistance in figuring out how to navigate human resources at an affordable cost isn’t relative to one location. We recognized the need, and how crucial this function is to the sustainability of a small or mid-sized business. Our goal was to provide the resources and tools businesses need to attract and retain employees, successfully manage their operations, and function with a cost-effective solution.

Our company started with 12 accounts in 1999. During these 20 years, we have experienced significant growth, handling over 180 accounts in a variety of industries. These industries include:

Additional accounts require the need for additional in-house personnel to work efficiently, effectively, and productively. We started as an eight person team, but have since expanded to over 28 employees, providing the support and services our roster of clients need.
4. Expansion and Improved Services
We are proud of the expanded and improved services PRemployer has offered over the years. Looking back to 1999, we offered a smaller slate of services which included payroll, workers’ compensation and risk management, health insurance, human resources, 401(k) support and supplemental benefits. Interestingly enough, we had one carrier for workers’ compensation and risk management, our health insurance solution was 18 months, and there was only one human resources staff member.
This is one of the reasons we excel in our space. We understand what small and mid-sized businesses are going through, and can help position them for success. We recognized that in order to deliver the best service to our clients, we had to improve our services as well. Since our inception, our services have continued to expand and improve. In 2019, the company now offers:
- Payroll: Our payroll expansion includes American Payroll Association certified payroll specialists, plus online portals for onboarding, benefits, applicant tracking and management reports.
- Workers’ Compensation/Risk Management:
- Health Insurance: health insurance benefits and resources to our clients.
- Human Resources: We started out with one staff member in 1999, and have grown to five staff members, handling all divisions of human resources.
- 401(k): Our 401(k) offerings have really grown in the last three years, offering benefits and options that help businesses attract and retain employees.
Since 1999, PRemployer has made a tremendous impact on the staffing and employment industry. We are proud of what we have accomplished, but our biggest achievement is knowing we have helped employers successfully manage their critical HR functions.
