Case Study Highlight: SEACAP

The Southeastern Alabama Community Action Partnership, ran into problems as its staff and services grew. See how PRemployer helped.

THE PROBLEM

The Southeastern Alabama Community Action Partnership (SEACAP), an organization dedicated to helping families out of poverty since 1984, ran into problems as its staff and services grew.

While SEACAP CEO Karinne G. Simmons remains an expert when it comes to advocating for social change, she found herself buried in unfamiliar and demanding tasks such as running payroll, handling retirement, and other personnel issues.

THE SOLUTION

Because Karinne wanted to focus her time on helping others, she reached out to PRemployer. In response, Sales Director Rich Merrell personally visited SEACAP to walk Karinne and her staff through common HR issues. PRemployer’s experts in employment administration were brought on to reduce administrative burden.

PRemployer personalized their service for Karinne to ensure that, as a CEO, she still oversaw and had accountability for the actions of PRemployer’s experts.

PRemployer’s RESULTS

Thanks to PRemployer’s support system, Karinne is secure in knowing that she is always one phone call away from getting an answer to even the hardest HR-related questions.

As Karinne puts it, there’s been “a lot of time savings and money savings. Overall, it’s been a great relationship and partnership.”
