TriState Case Study

PRemployer on May 2, 2021

It's our mission at PRemployer to provide services to help businesses succeed and grow. TriState Graphics called on PRemployer for assistance with health insurance, HR, and other services, especially due to new problems faced during the coronavirus pandemic. Chris Suddarth, the owner of TriState Graphics, discusses how PRemployer has added essential value during difficult times:

"TriState Graphics provides marketing messages in the printed form via wide-format banners, signage, and direct mail pieces. We're also pushing more into omnichannel marketing solutions for businesses across the southeast US. Basically, if it's printed, we can do it. Our tagline is 'people, partners, printers' and really printers is kind of the last thing in that triplet of words. We feel like our job is to make our customers successful.

I was looking for a way to provide health insurance and benefits for my employees, and so as I did that I found out that it was just cost-prohibitive to provide supplemental coverage, if you will, on the regular market for them to go out and purchase. I got in touch with PRemployer, and we began discussing the options that were available. As we got to talking about the types of coverage that was available that PRemployer offered, it was a no-brainer. When you look at need and value, those two come together and are fulfilled by PRemployer. The cost of the health insurance in and of itself was enough to do business with them. Then, when you start throwing in the safety, the payroll processing, and the other things that they provide, it really is a cumulative measure of significant value. We don't have that legal understanding of all of the HR law to know exactly how to handle issues, but we can easily reach out and talk to Dan Sinus there at PRemployer, and he quickly gets back with you to discuss the issue and to understand the full context of what's going on. With all the coronavirus issues, the ability to have somebody that can help us process that payroll and provide the documentation so that we can easily get the loan, but then also work through the PPP forgiveness plan, has been invaluable.

They're part of our company. It is a true partnership in every sense of the word. When you look at the different alternatives, to me there is really only one choice. That's because they do what they say they're going to do."
