Currently, PRemployer serves over 5,500 employees across 26 states in many different types of businesses. Our clients are small to mid-sized businesses, and we provide them the tools and services they need to better meet their employee expectations. Because we serve such a large number of employees, we are able to leverage the economies of scale to help get more competitive rates on high-quality benefits for our clients. Our clients then pass those on to their employees to create better job satisfaction and engagement.
Growing Number of Accounts
As PRemployer continues to expand our products and services, our number of accounts has grown as well. Over the last 20 years, we have sold over 600 accounts. Today, we currently have over 200 accounts that we manage. Our continued growth shows that our customers appreciate the quality of our services, and it demonstrates our ability to provide customized solutions for each business and their unique needs.
Satisfied Clients Return Time and Time Again
As we celebrate our clients, we also want to thank those who have trusted us with repeat business over the years. Since opening in June of 1999, we have enjoyed a 97 percent retention rate. Over 30 of our accounts have been with us for 10 years or more, and we have had two since 2000, just after we opened.
