The Difference

"Hi, I'm Mary Beth Maddox with PRemployer. I'm going to talk to you today about the difference between Personnel Resources and PRemployer. It can be very confusing. Sometimes internally, even our staff gets a little confused about who does what, so I can only imagine what it must be like for you. Very simply, here is the difference. Personnel Resources was the initial company. It does everything recruiting, so we recruit for temporary positions, temp-to-hire positions, direct placements. We primarily support the manufacturing community but also make a tremendous number of clerical placements and even direct placements throughout the tri-state area. PRemployer is an HR outsourcing company, so we handle things like payroll, human resources, benefits, and risk management for privately-owned companies. The two companies definitely work in tandem, but each one has their own separate lane. So again, Personnel Resources is recruiting, and PRemployer is everything else HR related. Hope that helps."
