Our DNA

PRemployer on April 8, 2021

Since 1999, PRemployer has proudly provided help and relief for businesses. Through expert advice and PEO services, from human resources to payroll, we help businesses grow by giving them their time back. As a company, we are built on six core values: faith in God, over-delivering, doing the right thing, and being self-aware, assertive, and honest.

In our own words, the PRemployer team shares the story of who we are:

Mary Beth Maddox: At PRemployer, we help companies in four major areas. They are human resources, payroll, benefits administration, and risk management. Basically, we take all of the back office stuff, all of the non-revenue generating stuff that a company has to do, and we take it off your plate, so you can make more money.

Dan Sinas: Every aspect of the business has certain laws and regulations that have to be met, and we help our clients make sure that they stay compliant with these laws in all aspects of their businesses.

Ben Harrison: In the PEO world, we're focused on doing these things every single day. Most companies can't do that because they have a business to run. It's hard for a customer to get as much out of the day just in human resources when we can, so that means that we're going to be a whole lot more efficient with our time and our effort.

Mary Beth Maddox: The company names may change, the people may change, but at the end of the day, what we're talking about is engaging in conversations to uncover what it is that that particular business wants to achieve and devising solutions that are specific to their need and help them accomplish their goals.

Mike McCann: I think over 20 years, our experience in dealing with every single thing that you could imagine, we've seen it, we've done it, and our clients know that we have the experience to get them through.

Dan Sinas: Our whole DNA is really built on integrity, on honesty, and making sure that we have a passion to help our clients succeed.

Ben Harrison: You can trust that we're going to stay on the front cutting edge of what we're doing in this industry. Most of our customers, they may have been looking at coming on board for a few years, and they finally pull the trigger. After they've been here about a year they all say, "Why did I wait so long? I don't have no idea why I waited this long."
